D-Air® System:
D-Air® is a stand-alone electronic airbag system for road use that only works when fitted and connected to a specially designed and certified Dainese protective suit.
6 sensors, electronics and GPS are integrated into the Pro Armor back protector, so you don’t need to mount the kit on your motorcycle. The D-Air® control unit monitors the sensor signals 1000 times per second with a sophisticated triggering algorithm. The D-Air® system works synergistically with existing safety protections and protects the following parts of the rider’s body:
Key
chest
The safety bladder is filled with high pressure, is anatomically shaped and has a capacity of 4 litres.
D-Air® detects and activates its revolutionary additional protection in the following accidents:
Frontal and side collisions: collision with fixed or movable objects.
Highsider: the rider is “ejected” from the motorcycle when the rear wheel slips and suddenly regains traction.
Lowsider with rollover: front or rear wheel slip and driver rolls over.
