Delivery

1. Delivery by post is carried out by GLS Express Mail in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. The delivery costs EUR 4,10.

In the event that stock runs out, we will inform you immediately and present you with the remaining offer or give you a delivery date for the items you have ordered.

The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days (applies to items in stock). Delivery is currently limited to the territory of Slovenia. In any case, the online shop is not responsible for any delivery time overrun. Delivery is made to the address you provided at the time of registration or order.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery driver will arrange a redelivery with you at no extra cost.

One more tip…

For example, if you are at work between 8am and 4pm (when the delivery service delivers the goods you order), you can add your work address for delivery in “My Account”. You can then select the desired address on the “Order confirmation” page. This way, you will receive your parcel at work instead of at home, thus saving you a trip to the post office.
