Withdrawal from purchase
The Buyer has 14 days from receipt of the shipment to cancel his order without reason or explanation. To cancel your order, please fill in the form and send it to us together with the returned product or scan by email. You must return the goods to us no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your cancellation.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the buyer shall bear all costs of returning the goods. Customers are kindly requested to return/send the goods to:

Refunds in the event of withdrawal from the contract are always made to the buyer’s TRR. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal notice. We may extend the refund period if we have not yet received the goods. You must return the goods to us in their original packaging, with all seals, as received. We do not accept redemption packages.
