Note from the manufacturer:
The SRL mesh has been specially developed to fit into the internal recesses of the Shoei Neotec 2, Shoei GT-Air 2 and Shoei J-Cruise 2 helmets. Once fitted, the Compact SRL mesh unit is virtually invisible from the outside. On the left side of the SRL Mesh is a 3-button controller, while on the right is a Mesh Intercom™ button that allows one-touch connectivity.
If the end-user wishes to retrofit his/her first generation Neotec II, i.e. with a production date before 15 March 2019, with the SRL Mesh communication system, he/she can convert the helmet into a side chin pad free of charge after opening. the RMA procedure should be sent to the Shoei Service Department.
