PREMIUM JET HELMET

The SHOEI J-Cruise3 premium jet helmet opens up new perspectives for everyday city riding, relaxed cruising or longer motorcycle trips.

The large panoramic visor allows an almost unobstructed view, while the integrated, continuously adjustable sun visor provides effective glare protection. The high-performance ventilation system also keeps you comfortably cool when driving through hot city canyons.

The COMLINK interface allows seamless integration with SENA’s SRL3 communication system, allowing you to stay connected and up-to-date while driving.

The SHOEI J-Cruise3 helmet is approved to the ECE-R 22.06 test standard, which means it meets the latest safety requirements.

SEE

The CJ-2 panoramic viewfinder of high optical quality offers an almost unrestricted view in both horizontal and vertical directions, without distortion even at the periphery of the field of view. It reduces the penetration of more than 99% of UV radiation into the interior of the helmet.

A spoiler on the lower edge of the visor prevents uncomfortable wind from entering and stabilises the visor against torsion. When the visor is slightly open in the stable first position, it allows fresh air to enter the helmet, which reduces visor fogging when riding slowly. The optional PINLOCK EVO visor effectively reduces the visor’s tendency to fog in adverse weather conditions.

A locking function prevents the visor from being opened unintentionally.

The integrated high-quality QSV-2 sun visor of the SHOEI J-Cruise3 helmet is continuously adjustable. It covers almost the entire usable field of vision and can be easily and tool-free replaced with the optional yellow-coloured visor to increase contrast.

For even more protection against glare, a dark-coloured visor and a helmet visor attachment are available.

WEARING COMFORT

The wide opening of the SHOEI J-Cruise3 helmet makes it easy to put on and take off the helmet. The distinctively shaped padding supports air circulation in the helmet, as do the three-dimensionally shaped cheek pads and chin strap padding, which are fully removable and washable.

Removable ear pads effectively contribute to noise reduction.

The comfortably narrow chin strap with stainless steel micro buckle is easy to use and holds the helmet securely in position. The minimum angle of lift of the release lever prevents accidental opening of the chin strap.

With alternative head and cheek pads in different thicknesses, you can adapt the helmet to your individual head shape.

A separately accessible pad for insertion into the top of the head also allows adjustment of the helmet’s vertical fit.

SAFETY

The proven AIM (Advanced Integrated Matrix) composite material allows for a compact and lightweight construction of the outer shell of the SHOEI J-Cruise3 helmet. Combined with a polystyrene core composed of several elements with different absorption capacities, the helmet shell provides protection and safety. It meets the high requirements of the new ECE-R 22.06 test standard for motorcycle helmets.

The 3 different sizes of the outer shells (XS-M | L | XL-XXL) allow the SHOEI J-Cruise3 to cover a wide range of sizes with an optimal helmet-to-body size ratio.

VENTILATION

The ventilation openings (3 in, 3 out), optimally positioned in the airflow area, increase the capacity of the ventilation openings by about 70% compared to the previous model and significantly reduce the temperature and humidity inside the helmet.

The distinctively shaped, large ventilation regulators allow ventilation to be precisely adjusted to thermal conditions.

APPENDICES

A dark coloured visor is available as an alternative to the SHOEI J-Cruise3 helmet, which can be used in accordance with ECE approval guidelines. The PINLOCK EVO anti-fog lenses, available separately, can be attached to visors suitable for this helmet.

The integrated dark-coloured solar visor of the QSV-2 can be replaced by a yellow-coloured visor to increase contrast.

The SHOEI range of accessories also includes chin strap padding and cheek and head pads in different sizes and thicknesses, which can be exchanged for the original or customised to suit the helmet padding. The vertical fit of the helmet can be adjusted with an insertable pad for the top of the head.

The SRL3 Mesh communication system from SENA, part of the SHOEI range of accessories, can be integrated into the seamless COMLINK interface of the SHOEI J-Cruise3 helmet. When connected to a mobile phone, navigation device or other intercom devices, the SRL3 Mesh provides information and entertainment while riding, while fitting almost invisibly into the shell of the SHOEI J-Cruise3 helmet. With premium speakers, a high-quality microphone and a first-class harman/kardon sound system, the SRL3 Mesh delivers rich sound and crystal clear voice transmission. Ear cut-outs and ready cable paths make installation quick and easy.

The separately accessible adapter allows the use of SRL2 or SRL Mesh communication systems from the SHOEI range of accessories.

SCOPE OF DELIVERY

The SHOEI J-Cruise3 helmet is supplied with an original SHOEI bag for careful storage of the helmet, spare pins for fitting the PINLOCK lens, a maintenance tool useful for fitting the SRL communication system, SHOEI logo stickers and silicone oil for maintaining the visor seal and mechanism.
