Alpinestars S-M7 motocross helmet
The SM7 has been developed for professional MX riding use and offers a balanced combination of light weight, good ventilation and maximum impact protection. With technologies such as the A-Head-Fit system, PLASMA impact protection and an innovative visor mechanism, the helmet is designed for performance, comfort and safety.
Features:
- Aerodynamic composite shell with smooth surface and no external channels to reduce friction and target energy dissipation on impact
- Optimised helmet shell curvature to deflect impact forces and protect the neck and spine
- A patented visor removal system that automatically drops the visor at impact energies above 15 joules, regardless of the direction of the force.
- 20 strategically placed ventilation openings (13 inlet, 7 outlet) for constant airflow and reliable cooling.
- PLASMA technology in the side pads for effective shock absorption in the clavicle area
- Removable, hand-washable inner lining with antimicrobial protection for improved hygiene
- Elastic head pad connected to the neck pad for better shock distribution in oblique impacts
- The upper pad is height-adjustable via the A-Head system for a personalised fit
- 3D-shaped cheek pads with Emergency Release System (ERS), integrated drinking tube channel and available in different thicknesses
- 25 mm wide nylon chin strap with stainless steel DD-rings and removable covers for easy cleaning
- Interchangeable pads in different thicknesses for individual customisation
- Three shell sizes (M, L, XL) cover six helmet sizes (XS-XXL) and provide optimum fit, low weight and high protection
- Integrated side channels for drinking systems
- Compatible with communication systems due to EPS cut-out on the left side and speaker openings on both sides
