ALPINESTARS A-5 V2 YOUTH VISOR

The new A-5 S V2 youth chest protector is a CE/UKCA-certified removable floating chest protector with hybrid polyhedra 2 technology. With a flexible CE/UKCA 2-certified high-elastic back protector, CE/UKCA 1-certified shoulder pads and moulded bio-foam rib protectors, the A-5 S V2 provides excellent impact protection, freedom of movement and ventilation for the upper body.
On the inside of the outer shell, the A-5 with V2 has perforated impact protection mesh, providing a second line of protection in a hybrid structure and improved air circulation to reduce heat build-up under the visor.
Although the two-layer chest protector has a rigid central area, it has a flexible, soft connection around the perimeter, supported by soft bio-foam padding that acts as a flexible system that adapts to the chest. The central part of the chest protector directly behind the highly perforated impact protection mesh is fully open, allowing maximum ventilation.
The new CE/UKCA certified Level 2 highly perforated back protector is made of a flexible and adjustable highly elastic material and provides excellent ventilation and weight saving.
The chest and back protector are securely positioned with adjustable shoulder straps. The lower part is secured with easy to connect buckles and V-shaped straps that also hold the rib protectors in place. The V-straps distribute the tension over a larger area of the back protector, ensuring a more secure and comfortable fit. The rib protectors provide additional protection in critical areas.
The A-5 youth chest protector with V2 has CE/UKCA certified removable, highly elasticated, level 1 shoulder pads, which are mounted on a soft foam padding and attached to the main body with hook and loop fasteners. Elasticated top adjustment straps hold the shoulder pads securely in place.
