The Zaca water-repellent jacket is a new-generation sports jacket with a modern design, suitable for all weather conditions. Highly adjustable ergonomic softshell inserts and a detachable hood ensure comfort and versatility. The Zaca offers climate management with a fixed, waterproof double-layer membrane, direct ventilation inserts, removable thermal lining and a detachable softshell hood; the jacket can be adapted to all weather conditions and is therefore versatile. It is made of textile construction with extensive elasticated softshell inserts that ensure an optimal combination of fit, comfort, light weight and freedom of movement. The Zaca water-repellent jacket has an innovative internal construction that is ideal for adding protective inserts over the body with easy-access pockets for back protectors and chest protectors. It is also equipped with a double pocket that can accommodate both regular and longer back protectors for motorcyclists who want to ride with more protection. The jacket also has loops for fastening the trousers.

The jacket is Tech-Air® ready and can be upgraded with Tech-Air® 5 or Tech-Air® 3 airbag systems. The fit is designed to maximise active upper body protection. Strategically placed elastic inserts have been designed to conform to the Tech-Air® airbag system and expand when the airbag deploys.
Nucleon Flex Pro Class A 1 shoulder and elbow pads provide optimal protection against impact and abrasion, while being extremely flexible for optimum comfort.
The Zaca jacket has a sporty, body-hugging cut and pre-shaped sleeves for an optimal riding experience.
The main frame is made from a blend of 450D polyurethane and stretch softshell for an optimal combination of comfort, durability and light weight, with a 2L waterproof membrane for reliable wet weather performance.
A removable thermal liner (100 g on the body, 80 g on the sleeves) and a detachable hood allow the jacket to be adapted to the climate.
Ventilation inserts with underarm zippers ensure optimal air circulation.
Nucleon Flex Pro armour on shoulders and elbows (Nucleon chest and back protectors are available as accessories).
DFS Lite shoulders with dynamic shoulder pads for greater impact and abrasion resistance.
The back of the jacket is extended to provide better coverage when riding.
Stretch 3L softshell inserts in the armpits, inside of the arms and on the shoulder blade ensure optimal fit and performance.
Low sports collar with soft stitching for improved rider comfort.
Two front zipped pockets, two chest pockets, one waterproof inner pocket for documents and two inner pockets in the lining for safe storage of valuables.
