The LEATT Hybrid was developed specifically for motorcyclists and combines a protective hard chest plate with soft back protection for added comfort.
The 4.5 Hybrid Jr. Body Protector consists of a zippered body with built-in shoulder and elbow pads, and a protective pullover with chest and back protection. The chest area is protected by a rigid structure with FlexMesh Pro impact protection, which is very lightweight and well-ventilated, while the back is padded with soft 3DF impact-protection foam that conforms to the body, optimizing comfort and ventilation. For young riders, the FlexMesh Pro and 3DF designs were developed to allow for mobility through flexible joints and soft foam padding, ensuring an excellent fit. The protective vest features an elastic chest strap for a secure fit, while the BraceOn system provides a seamless fit that also includes neck support. Features include a hard shell and FlexMesh Pro, the ventilated Armorkomplex system, 3DF AirFit—ventilated soft foam inserts for impact protection on the chest and back—and elbow and shoulder pads.
CE-certified protection levels: chest EN 1621-3 Level 2, back EN 1621-2 Level 2, elbows and shoulders EN 1621-1 Level 1.
