A 6-layer composition of glass fibres, organic fibres and high-performance fibrous materials forms the basis of the AIM+ (Advanced Integrated Matrix Plus) outer shell of the SHOEI X-SPR Pro. Together with a polystyrene core system composed of several differently absorbent elements, this outer shell offers optimum impact protection with a very low overall weight for a helmet approved to the new ECE-R 22.06 test standard.<br />
With FIM homologation, the SHOEI X-SPR Pro is ready for racing use.<br />
The chin strap with double D buckle is easily adjustable and holds the helmet securely in place.<br />
The EQRS (Emergency Quick Release System) facilitates the removal of the cheek pads in an emergency, allowing the helmet to be gently removed. </p>

Newly designed, sleek pads with a cushioned core made in a complex 3D-cutting process, with more than double the contact area, contribute significantly to the X-SPR PRO&#8217;s stable fit even at speeds above 350 km/h and reduce the buoyancy force by 3% compared to the previous model.<br />
The variable cheekpiece attachment allows you to change the angle at which the helmet sits on your head, extending your vertical field of vision with an extremely forward-leaning, sporty seating position.<br />
The head pad, designed for very effective ventilation, the cheek pads and the chin strap with quick-drying and skin-friendly cover material are fully removable and washable.</p>
<p>Ventilation<br />
The maximally exposed ventilation openings, optimally aligned for the highly forward leaning and reclined seating position of a racing motorcycle, also underline the uncompromising orientation of the X-SPR Pro in terms of ventilation. A total of 7 fresh air intakes and 6 air vents are connected via a deeply branched ventilation system, providing an even more intensive and efficient exchange of fresh and used air compared to the previous model. For greater comfort in high summer temperatures or during long-distance races, the cheek ventilation capacity has been significantly improved by almost doubling the number of vents on the inside of the helmet.  </p>
<p>hydration system<br />
The inner lining of the X-SPR Pro chin rest is ready for the installation of the hydration system. Regular fluid intake via the drinking system helps the rider to maintain concentration over a long period of time, even in hot summer weather or long distance racing.<br />
Using an adapter, various commercially available drinking systems can be connected to the inlet hose from the SHOEI accessory. </p>

The outer shell has been completely redesigned in the interest of greater aerodynamic performance. After many hours in the wind tunnel, more than 150 improvements have been made to the outer shell design of the previous model, which have been incorporated into the X-SPR Pro design using SHOEI&#8217;s cutting-edge helmet shell design technology.<br />
A newly developed stabiliser in the rear of the head directs airflow into the tunnels on the left and right, and channels it through the stabiliser and rear spoiler. This results in a more aerodynamically balanced shape of the helmet shell (patent pending).<br />
The pronounced side edges on the top left and right of the helmet act as stabilisers and, in combination with the concave top of the stabiliser, support the Heck and the side fins contribute to the high directional stability of the helmet.<br />
This distinctive area stands out in the helmet design and gives the helmet a balanced expression of style and safety.    The combined efforts of SHOEI&#8217;s production, test and development teams come together at this point.</p>

The new CWR-F2R visor, with a vertical field of view increased by 5 mm, offers a promising visual advantage with an extremely forward leaning seating position on a racing motorcycle. In leaning positions, where even the elbow touches the tarmac, this increased field of view contributes to rider safety.<br />
The standard clear visor of the CWR-F2R allows tearing for track use.<br />
The double locking mechanism prevents the visor from being accidentally opened in the event of a fall.  The release mechanism of the visor mechanism can also be locked with a lever.<br />
The PINLOCK®EVO anti-rust lens is supplied with the helmet and is attached to pins in the visor that are outside the horizontal field of vision. This increase in the usable field of vision offers additional active safety in racing and on the road. </p>
<p>Scope of delivery<br />
The scope of delivery of the SHOEI X-SPR Pro includes the PINLOCK®EVO lens for use in the factory-fitted CWR-F2R visor and the corresponding replacement pins.
